Alert: New Yorkers to Rally to Call for City Council Passage of Community Safety Act Bills

On Monday, June 24 at 10AM, New Yorkers from across the city will rally on the steps of City Hall to call on the New York City Council to pass key bills of the Community Safety Act, the End NYPD Discriminatory Profiling Act (Intro 1080) and the Independent NYPD Oversight Act (Intro 1079). These bills, introduced in their original version last year, are finally nearing a vote by the full City Council.
